About – Locations
Five Locations.
One Operation.
Your inventory shouldn't all live in one place by default. We operate across five locations — and where your product lives depends on what your product needs.
How the Network Works
Where Your
Inventory Lives
Depends on
What It Needs.
Same company. Same systems. One source of truth across every location.
You don't manage five operations. You work with one team — and we route your inventory to wherever it makes the most sense.
- — Labor-intensive products go to Mexico for cost savings
- — Simple fulfillment can stay in the US
- — Canadian orders run from Hamilton
- — Border injection points keep US transit times short
United States
San Diego.
California, USA
US fulfillment and our primary border injection point. Finished orders from Tecate cross here and inject directly into US carrier networks — keeping transit times short for West Coast and national delivery.
Services on-site:
Fulfillment, warehousing, border injection.
Cost savings of Mexico. Transit times of US fulfillment. Same company on both sides.
Canada
Hamilton.
Ontario, Canada
Our dedicated hub for the Canadian market. Brands selling into Canada shouldn't be shipping every order across the border. Hamilton runs fulfillment for Canadian orders without the customs headache on every shipment.
Services on-site:
Fulfillment, warehousing for the Canadian market.
Canadian orders run from Hamilton. Simple as that.
United States
McAllen.
Texas, USA
Border injection for central and eastern US distribution. McAllen complements San Diego on the other side of the southern border, opening up faster delivery windows to Texas, the Midwest, and the East Coast.
Services on-site:
Border injection, drayage coordination.
Coast-to-coast US coverage with cross-border savings built in.
Mexico
Tecate.
Mexico
Our largest operation and the heart of value-added services. Decoration, assembly, kitting, and fulfillment all happen here. The cost savings on labor-intensive products start in Tecate.
Services on-site:
Decoration, assembly, kitting, co-packing, fulfillment, warehousing.
Inventory stored under our IMMEX license isn't taxed at the border until it ships. When tariff rates are unpredictable, that flexibility is worth more than ever.
Mexico
Reynosa.
Mexico
Our second Mexico operation, positioned across the border from McAllen. Reynosa runs labor-intensive work — decoration, assembly, kitting, and co-packing — for brands shipping into central and eastern US markets.
Services on-site:
Decoration, assembly, kitting, co-packing, fulfillment, warehousing.
Same IMMEX advantages as Tecate, positioned for the other half of the US. Cost savings where they make sense, faster transit times to the east.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
Five Locations. One Call.
If your operation could use a smarter footprint — labor savings where they make sense, fast US delivery where it counts — let's talk.
No commitment. No sales pressure. Just an honest conversation.
